This evening is the first part of a triology concerts series that will feature Aretha, her featured guests and an all star band to celebrate the music of African Americans past and present. This first part will celebrate the importance of the black church and gospel music in the development of the other sounds of black culture and music. Part II & III will follow this first concert series.
